1. Marketplace role

Kairalmas Store is a marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers. Platform Verified products are sold directly by Kairalmas Store.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include VAT where applicable. An order is a contract once confirmed by the seller.

3. Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers must ship orders promptly, describe products accurately and honor the return policy. Kairalmas Store may suspend sellers who violate these terms.
