7 Day Easy Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items.

Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
• Electronics must include all accessories and warranty cards.
• Some categories like groceries and personal care are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your Kairalmas wallet instantly or via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
